I find nature restores the natural harmony between Spirit, soul, and body. The human psyche is wired to have close contact with nature. When we lose touch with nature, it can affect our mood and general wellbeing. Taking ourselves outside for 5 minutes and watching wildlife can make us feel different mentally, emotionally, and physically. Having two small dogs, Betty and Ruby, I have to walk outside for at least 20 minutes every day with them.
