Terms of Service 

Due to Covid-19 still during through New Zealand all sessions are currently conducted online through Zoom. 
Your Zoom link will be sent with the appointment time. 

When you book an appointment with Jade Whaley, you accept the following terms of service:

1. Payment is required upon booking to confirm your appointment. 
2. You confirm you are 18yrs or older.
3. We understand that occasionally things happen that stop you from being on time. If you are late, your session will still need to end at the scheduled time. If you miss your session, it is deemed as a completed service. 
4. If there are technical difficulties on JADE'S end, a 1x reschedule is offered. We ask that you test the zoom link before the day of your appointment to ensure that your device is suitable. Please note, that you will need to allow access to your video and microphone. 
5. No refunds are available. 
6. Please be advised that by having a session with Jade Whaley, you agree that no psychic reading can predict, forecast, diagnose, or provide past, present or future information with absolute certainty. No guarantees or assurances of any kind are given during the session. ​Jade Whaley will not be held accountable for any interpretations, decisions or actions made by the client based on information provided during reading| healing|coach.
