​If I am honest, life had been pretty sh*t for many years, and I seemed to be digging myself in a hole.

​My Mum shouted me a chord cutting session with Jade to help with my anxiety with my ex, and that was just the start of it as my life changed forever.

Jump ahead three years, and I now look and feel like a different person. I no longer hang out with negative people for me.

​I have met a new partner and am 33 and 1/2 weeks pregnant with a little boy. I'm sure Jade got sick of me, but she never showed it.

I can't express how wonderful my sessions have been.
