My life journey has been an interesting one. It has been challenging, confusing, and I thought life would crush me at times.
But it didn't.
I took control by shifting entrenched beliefs from childhood, healed from trauma, accepted what I could not control, cut cords with toxic people and followed my intuition and heart.
Yes, I actioned I changed my thinking from being a victim to recognising my strength, feeling empowered and healed - inside and out..
I changed my life
Yes, I could have been one of those statistics. I came from an abusive home and had a traumatic childhood with an adopted family. I left home at 15 years old to go out on my own.
It could of all gone to custard. But it didn't.
I didn't let my little spark inside die. Deep down, I knew one day my flame would ignite, and I would rise like a phoenix.
There were many, many lessons learnt over the next ten years. At 26 years old, I knew it was time.
I began working on myself, as I wanted a new beginning. Back then we didn't know what we do now and today's resources weren't available. It took time, patience, lots of research with a constant belief I could do it. I kept fanning that wee spark!
I was truly ready to transform
Now I am a happy, heart-centred, powerful woman in loving, wonderful relationships ... and I have connected with my natural birth family!
I have a beautiful family now.
I changed my beliefs, how I thought and behaved. I removed the blockages and changed the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual patterns on all levels. I cut all toxic ties with people, places and habits.
Guilt, shame and anger were acknowledged and dealt with. I brought all those fragmented parts of myself back together and truly healed my soul. I am now confident and have a healthy dose of self-esteem.
I even changed my name given to me by my adopted family. I went all out as I was so proud of the person I had become! Yes- a name does carry energy, and for me, it was the final part of my healing, growing and transforming journey.
I now am happy. I have passion, direction and a zest for life.
The tools I used to create a new life
I have learnt that life experiences help you grow, and sometimes it can be confusing, difficult and the path seems unclear.
Support and coaching were part of my journey; the other was intuitive guidance and meditation. Unlocking and developing your intuitive development is part of us being human.
I believe in intuitive, heart-led support with practical, proven methods.
I had a tremendous amount to work through, to release and heal.
First stop; look at all areas of my life as to how they were really were.
Reality check. Acknowledge the good, bad and ugly.
I had a desire to take control of my life.
I wanted feel freedom, self worth and love in my own body and mind.
Unlearn, redefine and thrive
It was hard at times but I knew deep down who I was destined to be. I had to learn:
How to let go off trauma
How to love and be loved.
How to express feelings and emotions.
How to heal on the deepest level possible.
How to let go of outdated thoughts and behaviour.
Know how to build love and healthy connections in my life.
Rewire my brain and body to make me the "Jade Whaley" I am today.
I aim to help my coaching clients achieve permanent outcomes by getting to the base of the problem and mending it from inside, rather than focusing on the surface.
You can create, manifest and live the live you want by using your intuition, a balanced masculine/feminine approach to lead with your heart and intuition. I believe in combining taught skills and spirituality to anchor yourself in your inner wisdom.
You can own your own power in every area of your life and uses your innate abilities to create property and positive change in your life.
I've done the inner work to get to where I am now after 25+ years and massive amounts of study. The development of my intuition has played a crucial role in my success. I love using my spiritual tools to offer insight and guidance and help others develop their intuition so they may be genuinely free and live a life they love. I'm thrilled to do this work because it makes me so happy to see individuals shine.
