We all need to create stronger energetic boundaries to allow our natural energy to do it's thing.
Sometimes it seems like we are constantly fighting off "negative" energy, or something needs to be cleared or let go of.
Given that both the physical and non-physical aspects of our energy have a role in how we feel, finding a good balance between clearing space and inner work is crucial.
When it comes to this, we frequently operate from the outside in, rather than the inside out. Space clearing is secondary to developing stronger energetic boundaries. When you know and believe your energy is solid and powerful, you vibrate higher, making a strong shield and boundary. You don't need to feel others' energy and energy sanitise everything.
When you bring a practice of maintaining our energy and vibration every day by tending to the physical and non-physical body, it changes us consciously and subconsciously.
Breathing into tension, letting go of the heaviness and working on the parts of ourselves that absorb excess negative energy allows us to build up our vibration. Once you have acknowledged your body, it changes your focus and energetic body.
If you are well physically, mentally and emotionally, you will have a naturally robust and active boundary (protection) that will slide through negative or low energy. When you have well-maintained energy, you won't need to think you need to remove or banish negative energy; your energy will just work through it.
If you are balanced and maintaining daily energy maintenance; sage, ritual or ceremony will not always be needed for most environments.
