• Wisdom and Insight: Spirit Guides have access to a higher perspective and can provide us with knowledge and insight that can help us better to understand our lives and the world around us.
• Protection: Spirit guides can also provide physical and energetic protection. Protecting us from human and spiritual energy
• Spiritual Growth and Development: We need to connect with our Guides to deepen our spiritual awareness and develop our psychic abilities. They can help us to amplify our intuition, receive messages from the spiritual realm, and create a stronger connection to our higher self.

How to Connect with Your Spirit Guides
Connecting with your Spirit Guides is a process that requires patience, practice, and an open mind.

Here are some steps you can take:

• Set Your Intention:  Before you begin, it's essential to set your intention! Please take a few moments to reflect on why you want to communicate with them and what you hope to gain from the experience.: guidance, advice, healing or support in your spiritual development. 
• Create Sacred Space:  Find a peaceful space to connect without distraction. You can light candles, burn incense, or play soothing music to help create a sacred and inviting atmosphere.
• Open all your senses and your mind:  Take note of any insights, feelings, or signs that come to you during these sessions. It may be a small sign, like a fleeting image or a sensation on your body. Over time, you'll develop a deeper connection with your guides and find their guidance more intuitive and easier to access.
• Practice Meditation: Meditation is ESSENTIAL and is a powerful tool for connecting with your Spirit Team. Begin by focusing on your breath and quieting your mind. Once you feel relaxed and centred, visualize yourself surrounded by light and ask your Spirit Guides to come forward.
• Use Divination Tools:   Divination tools such as oracle cards, pendulums, and crystals can also help connect with your Spiritual Team. Choose a tool that resonates with you for confirmation and insight.
• Pay Attention to Signs and Synchronicities: Your Spirit Guides may communicate with you through signs and synchronicities. Pay attention to any repeating patterns or symbols you notice daily, as they may hold important messages for you.

Using Your Spirit Guides to Enhance Your Psychic Abilities
Once you have connected with your Spirit Team, you can use their guidance to enhance your psychic abilities.

Here are some ways you can work with your Spirit Guides to deepen your psychic awareness:

Regular communication is one of the most important aspects of working with your Spirit Team. Just like any relationship, communication is key. Set aside time each day to connect with your spirit guides through meditation, journaling, or whatever works for you. One of my students does most of her Spirit Team connecting in the shower.
