Guardian Angels
Guardian Angels are only yours, and every one of us has more than one! Guardian angels have dedicated their entire life to assisting you. You can contact them anytime for instant assistance; they will always love you unconditionally. Angels are nondenominational and work with people of all faiths and spiritual beliefs, so keep that in mind.

Ascended Masters
Ascended Masters are those who have attained enlightenment, such as Buddha and Mother Mary. They were human beings on spiritual paths of profound growth and significance. They now hold a unique position in the spirit world as spiritual leaders and guides/teachers to humans like you. 

According to my own Spirit Guides, no matter what country or religion they were a part of while they were alive, all ascended masters are partners and work together in harmony.

Spirit Animals
Animals of the spirit world are very common. Spirit animals can be deceased pets who now serve as part of your spiritual guidance team. Spirit animals can be any animal with something to teach you, such as a peacock teaching you the value of beauty, proudly claiming your gifts, or a wolf teaching you the importance of meeting your basic survival needs.

Loved Ones
Loved ones or family members who have died away may choose to be one of your spirit guides and actively support you from the afterlife by providing you with professional opportunities or cultivating relationships. Whether or not you knew her well, one of your grandfathers could be a significant Spirit Guide for you.

How they communicate with you
Spirit guides will often enter your life by a variety of methods, and there are different ways they communicate with us:​

• Synchronicities: Carl Jung defined synchronicity as "a meaningful coincidence." You were talking about buying a new car, and you see one that is perfect for you, show up on your Facebook feed
• Seeing or feeling them physically around you.
