Engaging in a simple New and Full Moon ritual or reciting affirmations on these occasions can be profoundly impactful. Today, as we embrace the New Moon, I'd like to share some potent affirmations and offer guidance on how to use them effectively. Incorporating affirmations into my practice has been immensely rewarding. I particularly favour affirmations that open us up and enable us to focus on the new. Energy Of The Lunar Phases Working with the energy of lunar phases is remarkably intuitive. Often, we instinctively sense the essence of a particular Moon phase without consciously realising it. Our focus shifts, our behaviour changes, or there's an inexplicable energy in the air. It's crucial to tune in to these feelings and work with them. The New Moon signifies embracing something new, while the Full Moon symbolises celebrating what you are already brimming with. You can employ similar affirmations for both Moon phases; the distinction lies in your approach. The New Moon often signifies fresh beginnings, planning, and letting go.
