What is the 'Law of Assumption' and why you should use it

​The law of assumption is a concept that states that what you assume to be true becomes your reality. It's a simple idea that can enormously impact your life.

Neville Goddard, the creator of the Law of Assumption, said that when you align yourself with what you want and vibrate on a high frequency of abundance, your desire will come to you.

The reason for this is simple: energy attracts like energy. 

To align yourself with what you want, start by aligning your thoughts and emotions with your goal. If you want wealth, think about everything that wealth brings into your life. 

How would being financially wealthy would make you FEEL? 
Allow yourself to FEEL if you don't have to worry about paying bills. How would you FEEL about providing for your family and giving to your community? 

Then think about all the negative emotions associated with not having enough money. You cannot provide for yourself and your family; I imagine it would be fear, anger, guilt or shame.

It FEELS very different. 

It is essential to align yourself with what you want—thinking and feeling like it's already yours. 

What if we could get so used to experiencing our desires as a reality that we could live in a state of constant abundance?

Here's how:

•  Focus on what you want—not what you don't want.
•  Think about what you desire is already manifesting in your life. Look for evidence that it's already happening. 

For example: If I wanted a new job, what are some signs that this new job is already coming into my life? Maybe I've been offered an interview with another company? Someone I know has mentioned they'd heard of a position opening up at their company.

These kinds of things always show up when we're vibrating on a high frequency of abundance!

• Focus on how good it feels in your new job. 

The more you do this process—bringing your thoughts and emotions into alignment with what you want—the more powerful it becomes. 

When your mind is full of positive thoughts about what it feels like to have your desire, those thoughts will be magnetic enough to draw opportunities toward you.
