This phase often brings a surge of emotions without a clear direction on how to channel them. It's beneficial to reflect on the emotions we've experienced and our progress this month, while also solidifying our intentions.

During this Full Moon period, many of us seem to be contemplating a looming decision, feeling hesitant about the best course of action. Perhaps we find ourselves partially committed or pondering – to a new job, a relocation, a relationship – yet not entirely ready to take the next step.

Intuition or Anxiety? 
People often ask me about distinguishing between intuition and anxiety. They ask themselves - how can we be sure of the right path?
I believe that we can intuitively discern what aligns with us by honing our inner clarity through mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection.

It's crucial to acknowledge our insecurities, doubts, and fears. Embracing the entirety of our emotions, even when our intuition speaks loudly, is essential.

Instead of waiting to feel entirely composed before acting, we should trust that progress is possible even in the face of fear, anxiety, or doubt.Seeking a crystal-clear answer and postponing action may hinder our growth. While it's wise to seek clarity, don't expect everything to fall into place perfectly at once.

Embrace progress amidst imperfection. 
Constantly seeking certainty may lead to perpetual uncertainty. Stay adaptable. Trust will develop gradually!

On a personal note, reflecting on this Full Moon, it took me years to genuinely hold onto positivity without feeling insincere.
Considering what I had learned about mindset, this journey was longer than anticipated.

Truly embodying positivity, not just superficially but deep within, requires deeper exploration. To those who mentally resonate with this but struggle to believe in changing their energy, take it one step at a time, with gentleness and persistence.
