Jade's inspiration ~ sun spiritual meaning
The sun affects our moods more than we realise. It is much easier to feel motivated and positive when the sun shines brightly. I live in beautiful Aotearoa (New Zealand), and we have definite seasons with quite a difference in daylight hours between summer and winter. I am hanging out for more sun in the middle of winter. Sunlight shines on the whole world; we all need it to survive! The sun is the source of all life on earth.

There is a feeling of unfulfilled expectations. Some of your dreams have not materialized. Unfortunately, we cannot change what has happened in the past, but we can redirect our energy, change our goals and move forward on a new journey. Everything is in a cycle, and joy will enter just as sadness fades away.
Don't get trapped in the past- be gentle on yourself, for it has all been a learning lesson, and you are better, brighter and more knowing than before. Stay strong and see the bigger picture that is being offered.

Seek solitude
Sometimes you have to take yourself off and be still. The Universe urges you to retreat and take some quiet time for yourself. It is necessary to find solitude where you can. Whether 15 minutes under a tree while baby is sleeping, taking an extra long shower or being able to head off by yourself for a day and night, make sure you do it.
Having solitude will recharge you and allow your thoughts to settle. Be still, breathe deep and enjoy your own company. You deserve it!
