Some of these experiences were challenging, and you learned that everything sometimes differs from what it seems. You found out who you could and couldn't trust and depend upon. You knew what we were made of when they backed against the wall, and you had to fight our way through. The resilience shown has been nothing short of amazing because some days, there just wasn't an ounce of fight left, but you continued to push on.
You are reminded that you are divine, and life force energy is within you. Never settle, and never doubt your ability to overcome or become. You are evolving into your most authentic form, which is just perfect.

Self Care
Self-care - yes, you knew it. Your beautiful spirit team tells you to fill your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual cups. You must honour yourself, mind and body and listen by removing yourself from an unwanted conversation or situation. We've lived high-stress, fast-paced lives, putting ourselves on the back burner and ignoring our needs long enough.
There's been a lot of purging, and as we release the old, heavy baggage, we have to be prepared to replenish and refill our Soul.
