Your Guides need you to listen
Sometimes our mind questions everything, and our thoughts seem to go around and around. Breathe deep and relax and try and settle your mind. Everything is how it should be, and it isn't time to over analyse, analyse or overthink everything. Your Guides are saying it is okay to be in the moment and enjoy the day. Don't worry about what has been or what could be.

​It is okay to rest and enjoy the day. Do something for yourself, go for a walk, take 10 minutes to listen to your favourite tunes, or stop and be still.
