Help is being given
Your Spiritual team is around you. They are helping you to accomplish the goals you set for yourself when you came into this world. They can't help you unless you ask for it! What are you waiting for? You'll have to ask for it and then trust their advice. You may hear a voice in your brain or have a gut feeling about something you should do (or not do). Keep an eye on it!
Nothing is too big or small for your team of spirits to assist you — all you have to do is ask and listen. They are always willing to help and guide you.

You are overloaded
Unfortunately, you have created a situation with too much to do. Don't ignore your limits or take in any more- in fact, it is time to put down some of those burdens. It would be best to delegate at the moment so you can move. You NEED to take some time out, and you need to nurture yourself and move some of that responsibly- not tomorrow but now. The faster you take control and allow yourself to put some of those burdens down- the quicker you move on from where you are now. Quickly try to sort yourself out and set definite boundaries to clear this phase. This lesson has been challenging, but you now know your limitations.
ORANGE CALCITE: This magnificent crystal will help calm and focus your energy and is particularly helpful mentally as it can help restore mental and emotional equilibrium.
Sending love, light, and healing to your solar plexus is the core where your self-esteem and inner power radiated. Personal power, emotional issues, self-control and issues of self-acceptance radiate from here. The place where our force and strength dwell. If not balanced, it may manifest physically into digestion issues in the stomach, muscles, gallbladder, liver, nervous system or pancreas.
