Jade's inspiration ~ Essential Oils

Aromatherapy refers to the use of essential oils that have been extracted from plants, shrubs and trees. You can use these essential oils for a wide variety of purposes. They can be used to treat medical conditions, alleviate psychological ailments, and clean. Aromatherapy can also be used simply for pleasure, to help improve your mood or reduce stress. The essential oils of aromatherapy have the power to affect both your physical and mental state. 

I love nothing better than to add a few drops to my bath, use oils in my oil burner, or use eucalyptus oil in a steamer when my children were younger to help clear congestion.

Release

Jade's Message for you:
Your vibration matters 
Without discomfort, we'd continue life as if our actions have no repercussions. It would be easy to run and hide, get angry or grumpy -but don't. This lowers your energy and spiritual protective shield around you. Don't be the negative energy in the room. Lowering your vibration only hurts you as you manifest your experiences with the energy you put out. 

Love yourself, look within and find a middle space. It's okay, to be honest and stand up for what you believe is correct; it is okay to experience emotions, as that was meant for the human experience. Don't let those emotions brainwash you into becoming a lower vibrational replica of who you were always destined to be!

Others' perceptions of you don't matter.
Remind yourself that you can't control how others perceive your energy. Whatever you say, do get filtered through their lens, and their lens will be tainted with whatever they have experienced in life. You can't control this, and your Spirit team are reminding you - that it is not your business what they think. 

You keep doing YOU with as much integrity and love as possible. You are pretty amazing.
