Jade's inspiration ~ monarch butterflies

Monarch butterflies symbolize spiritual growth and connectedness in past lifetimes and the afterlife. It can bring a little comfort when we observe synchronistic sightings of monarch butterflies after the death of a loved one. I feel monarch butterflies symbolize angels or departed loved ones, and they arrive when they sense the presence of spiritual energy.

Monarch butterflies follow light's energy. Monarch butterflies have a highly complex navigation system that relies on light and a sense of direction. They can detect light and diverse light sources that we are unaware of. Monarch butterflies are attracted to various light sources, including a spiritual presence with a high vibration. 

I believe your inner soul's light and vibration can attract monarch butterflies to yourself.

If your acts have positive energy in them and you know the direction you want to move in, this is the moment.

Time for a 'healing pause' 
Your Spirit team is urging you to have a healing pause. It could be on one or more levels. Healing is self-care that will help aid your happiness and good health. Your guides and angels can only do so much, and it is up to you to be open to receiving this beautiful spiritual healing.

​Find a place where you can sit or lie without being disturbed. Breathe deep and relax your body. Now with each breath out, release all the tension of the days. Imagine a beautiful sphere of light in your mind's eye ( any colour you wish). See this light moving through your nose and down into your lungs. This breath is filled with healing energy from the source. Give permission for this energy to work on all areas and continue to work for as long as needed. Enjoy this time.​
