Jade's inspiration ~ my lion spiritual totem

The lion is one of my animal totems/spirits. The lion totem is a good luck symbol that can help you manifest strength and confidence in your life. The lion totem is also a protective sign for situations in which you require additional physical, emotional, financial, artistic, or spiritual 
support. Harness the strength of the lion if you need help in these areas. 

To bring in lion energy, you can visualise in meditation, have an actual figurine or picture, or ask Spirit to send you Lion totem strength. Having a lion picture as a screen saver on your phone or computer can easily invite this energy in.

Stand your ground
You may be feeling a bit "challenged" at present, and that's okay because your Spirit team are with you every step of the way. Just do what you have to and be practical to bring peace and resolution around you.

​It doesn't mean "giving up, though; it involves standing your ground. Breathe deep, and you have got this; you are not alone.​

Time to let go
It is a time to make way for new. It may relate to ambition, relationship, or thought pattern, but it does involve your day-to-day life. Something must be "let go" to bring in this new. Things aren't running as smoothly as possible, so consider reorganising your timetable to fit everything in.

​It is time to get your priorities right, sooner rather than later. You will be grateful you did.

It is a time to count your blessings. Stop and be grateful for what you have and who you have in your life. When you open your heart and expect good things to come, they will.

Jade's Message for you:
Take a breather. 
Your Spirit team are wrapping you tightly and encouraging you to REST and RELAX. Remember, you cannot and should not power ahead on full throttle. Life is about balance, and there is nothing wrong with introducing relaxation into your life. It is all part of the natural cycle, and your emotional, mental and physical aspects of yourself need it.
 
Remove any guilt and put your body and mind into recovery mode. Do this now as you cannot continue to go full speed, or you will be made to slow down. Best you do it now; pull your shell up and retreat. With this rest will come a lift in your enthusiasm for life, which will help get your sparkle back.​​
