As a mum of two teenage girls, partner of Rob, owner of full time thriving business, I fully understand the importance of taking time out to recharge your energy. It is easy to get energy sucked out of you and not have time or the motivation to fill yourself up. Wounds from others (or created from yourself) can be deep in heart and bleed out, changing you. We are forever changing and evolving and I have created this day so you can realign yourself with who you truly are. Relax and recharge. Release and empower. Create and embrace.

Is this what you NEED?
what you will need to bring
A woman who is ready to heal and empower herself!
- Comfortable loose fitting clothes
- Socks/slippers/slip on flat sandals/jandals (we will remove our shoes)
- Blanket or yoga mat (or similar to lie on) and pillow.
- Thin blanket or sheet (if desired)
- Blank or lined exercise book or journal (minimum child’s schoolbook size)
- Pen or pencil
- You may wish to bring a special crystal, rock, piece of jewellery or small object that has special meaning to you. This will also recharge alongside you.
- Waterbottle and packed lunch for yourself.
