Jade's inspiration ~ my 10-week coaching clients

For the last eight months, I have worked with numerous women in my 10-week one-to-one containers. These beautiful women have inspired me with their strength, courage and determination to change their lives and businesses. To see them grow, thrive and feel aligned with who they truly are is a humbling experience. Seeing them feel empowered to make the right decisions for themselves confidently is the most beautiful experience for them ( and me!). I feel inspired as I have finished another 10-week immersion with a fantastic client this week, and it doesn't get any better—cheers to all of you in your new and fabulous life. Thanks for trusting me to support you in your transformation and transition. This is why I love my life.

Jade's Message for you:
Open up to your Spirit Team​
Your Spirit team is around you to help release any emotions, thoughts or behaviours that may be holding you back on mental—physical, emotional or spiritual levels. Denying pain or sorrow does not make it go away, and now you are strong enough to heal and release. Take time to meditate or sit and be still. Allow healing love and light to flow through you and give permission to release unwanted feelings.

You are ready to shed this; you no longer need to hold on so tightly. Trust and release.

Jade's Message for you:
You are ready 
Things are changing and some new beginnings and adventures are entering. Just what you need at present. Open up your senses and embrace life -pleasure, passion, thoughtless and rash. Dare to stand up and gaze into the unknown. It depends on how you look at it- imagine standing on a cliff edge and there is either an oblivious foolishness to the terrible plunge you may experience if you did fall….or look with the wild spirit of adventure at what you can see.

Have great faith and knowledge that you are being supported through the Universe and you will be guided through the times to come. There are unlimited possibilities opening up - it is whether you are ready to step up.

Jade's Message for you:
It is time to action
You may find yourself feeling more positive and free. Your Spirit Team say the sun is shining on you, so enjoy this time. Today should be about joy and self-expression. Have fun and socialise with like-minded people, or get out and about. If you're looking for a new job, this is an excellent time to step it up and get serious about finding that job or pursuing that study. It could be on the horizon for you if you're looking for love!

If you are in a relationship, don't be shy about showing affection and enjoying their company.

Please pause today
You are trying hard to let go and change things, yet the time is not right. There is no point in breaking down the locked door to move forward; instead, use this day to rest, recharge and reflect. Soon your Spirit Team will unlock the door, and you can move forward.

Accept the situation for what it is and don't try and over analyse the whys and hows.
