Jade's inspiration - drumming

I have three drums and used to be in a drumming circle in Christchurch. Since moving to Timaru in 2012, I have drummed on my own. I find that shamanic drumming is a personal and intimate soul journey, and it helps me foster a sense of unity of the physical and spiritual self. Drumming involves surrendering to the rhythm of the drum and connecting with its energy to induce a state of ecstatic trance.

Drumming has many benefits, including reducing stress, enhancing creativity, improving concentration, and encouraging a healthier lifestyle. I find through shamanic drumming; you can connect with your creative resources, cleanse yourself of lower vibrational feelings, and reveal your true self where the magic begins.

Stay composed and balanced while waiting and acknowledge that change is forthcoming, but for now, there is little you can do to expedite it. Although patience can be difficult, your guides assure you it will be worthwhile.

Why not make the most of this lull by looking forward to it enthusiastically and optimistically? Positive transformations are on the horizon.

Time to look at Habits
The things we do daily may not always be considered as habits at first. Rather, they begin as choices we make in a moment. Remember, if we continue to make the same choices day after day, it eventually becomes a pattern that becomes more difficult to break. Some of these patterns can be positive and beneficial, while others may be unhealthy and detrimental to our well-being. These harmful patterns can feel like a deep rut that we cannot escape from, but the truth is, we always have the power to make a different choice. 

Gorgeous light, every day is an opportunity to make a new choice and to create a better life for ourselves. By breaking free from the old, negative patterns and opting for a new way of thinking and acting, we can change our lives positively and move towards a happier and healthier future. Remember, habits are choices, and we have the power to make a new choice at any moment.
