Clouds can take on the shapes and forms of all things, some obscure and others obvious. The images you see in the clouds can predict what will happen next or give you a confirmation to a burning question. They can also offer you a sense of how you're feeling.

​As a child, I enjoyed lying on my back and watching clouds, and I not only found it mediative but very insightful.

Treat yourself gently
Be gentle on YOU. Things may not be ideal, but don't allow your mind to run away on you, creating scenarios that may not eventuate. Stop dwelling on what is not yet happened in your life. Go in the garden, walk by the ocean or sit on the grass. Things won't seem quite as bad when connecting with nature; allow nature's healing and gentle energies to fill you.
