Jade's Inspiration ~ citrine crystals

Citrine has many therapeutic benefits, and it can benefit us physically, psychologically, and emotionally, and how we can use it differently. Citrine is one of my favourite healing stones because it reminds me of the sun and helps to eliminate negative energy and replace it with positive, cheerful energy. Citrine is a very upbeat and happy-go-lucky stone that attracts wealth and prosperity. 

Citrine is a beautiful stone for anyone suffering from self-esteem, confidence or setting limits. It may help to prevent kidney and bladder infections by stimulating digestion. It increases blood circulation, cleanses the body, and aids digestion. Some feel it can minimise sluggishness and increase our energy levels.

Time to receive
It is a time of giving and receiving. It may be you giving or receiving. Share what you have if someone needs it and you don't. This could be material things, giving someone a listening ear or emotional or spiritual support, etc. It isn't about finances but the things that money can't buy.

Don't be too proud to accept what is offered if it is what you need to receive. You can pay it forward at a later date.

Jade's Message for you:
You may feel like you are on a bit of a bumpy road.
The feeling of inner doubts and fears is around you. You may feel things aren't going well, but please do not worry too much. Your mind is in overdrive now – overanalysing and emotions are high. The Universe is trying to tell you that this will pass even though the present may be complex. You are beating yourself up and getting caught in a cycle. Your Spirit team has been able to reassure you through this message; please know you are being loved and supported with healing and strength. Take time out for yourself and do something that makes you feel great. Get enough sleep and eat well. You are a spiritual being in a physical body. Making sure that the body is receiving what it needs will allow your emotional, mental and spiritual parts of ourselves to get the healing attention it needs. Look forward and gently let the past go. 

If you enjoy crystals, hold and meditate on sunstone. This magnificent crystal helps relieve fear and eases stress, and it can help you feel empowered, alive and enthusiastic. Placing this crystal on your sacral chakra daily for 20 to 40 minutes will help revitalise you.

Jade's Message for you:
Feelings of uncertainty
Don't let feelings of uncertainty or confusion block your intuition. There is fluctuation and change, but this does not have to be negative. It may be difficult to see clearly at the moment but know at your core; things will change. It can be a time when what you yearn for, ache, or won't come any closer to fruition. Use this time to shift your focus. Solutions to problems are more likely to be found through feelings or come through in your dreams. Logic and reason need to be put aside at present. Withdraw a little if you need to, and it is essential at the moment to take good care of yourself. Focus your healing energies on your brow chakra as this is the energy centre most connected with psychic talents, mental abilities and concentration.

If you like crystals, try selenite, named after the moon's goddess. The soft and nurturing qualities of this crystal will offer reassurance and comfort. Selenite directly affects your emotional body by calming and nurturing, and it will help you connect to your true spiritual feeling and path. When meditating, focusing on your brow chakra will help enable new ideas. You will be open to tenderness, patience, love, compassion, tolerance and gentleness. Meditation will allow information to flow more freely.​
