As a child, I experienced a memorable moment, sitting beside my grandmother. A butterfly gently landed on my sleeve, and my grandmother's mother said: "It's a sign of good luck."
Ever since then, I have been fascinated by butterflies. Butterflies start as tiny eggs, and when they hatch, they embark on a remarkable journey. They teach us valuable life lessons.
Silver Linings: Butterflies often appear in our lives when we face doubt and uncertainty. It may be in a dream, a tv programme, a movie or, hanging on a picture, or when we are outside. We should seek the positives in life, even in challenging times.

Golden Wings: The gold in their wings represents the "Golden Rule" – treating others as you wish to be treated. It's a fundamental principle to follow in life.
Blue Wings: The color blue signifies trustworthiness. Always aim to be someone people can rely on
Green Tips: The green tips of their wings symbolise growth. Stay green, keep learning, and you'll continue to flourish.
Butterflies demonstrate resilience. They transform and change. Their persistence teaches us that we can achieve our goals with determination and self-belief.

Self-care - yes, you knew it. Your beautiful spirit team tells you to fill your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual cups. You must honour yourself, mind and body and listen by removing yourself from an unwanted conversation or situation. We've lived high-stress, fast pace, putting ourselves on the back burner and ignoring our needs long enough.
There's been a lot of purging, and as we release the old, heavy baggage, we have to be prepared to replenish and refill our Soul.
