Birds, insects, and animals may also show in unusual or out of character that a passed-on loved one is happy and sending you encouragement.
Take note of the sky with clouds or rainbows, or you may see something else in nature. You may find random things lying around or hear music or sounds from no recognisable source. Make time to notice and trust these signs that you see or feel. Know that you are watched over and loved.

Your Spirit team are around you, offering support. Yes, you can do things for yourself, but requesting and receiving help is okay. It isn't because you can't cope or handle a situation it is your Angels saying there are people present who can give you a helping hand or listening ear.
Receiving support isn't a sign of weakness; it is a sign of a person who knows that they can be honest with themselves and see that it is human to reach out sometimes.

You are a physical body that needs to be moved! Walking, dancing, yoga, whatever it is, you will gain practical benefits to your life. You will feel more productive, and you will feel and look good with the increased energy. New energy flowing through it will enable new thoughts, ideas, and confidence to flow.
Once you are moving, you will feel motivated. Now is the time to bring in what you have been thinking about. It could be sorting some cupboards in your home or starting a new career. Whatever it is, today is a good day to get started.
