​You are receiving many signs from your Guides, Angels and your loved ones watching over you. Their signs come in many forms and a few to note today are butterflies, feathers, tingling or pressure around you, a light breeze on your face. Your Angels and Guides are around you, offering support. Yes, you can do things for yourself, but it is okay to request and receive help. It isn't because you can't cope or handle a situation it is your Angels saying there are people present who can give you a helping hand or listening ear.

Time to move

You are a physical body that needs to be moved! Walking, dancing, yoga, whatever it is, you will gain practical benefits to your life. You will feel more productive, and with the increased energy, you will feel and look good. With new energy flowing through it, it will enable new thoughts, ideas, and confidence to flow.
